Why Kristina Heredia Art? Well it's a long story, but worth sharing...
You see my story begins when I was young, I have always loved art and it continued through high school. As you know, life happens, you start working, and get married. I had a bad accident one year that left me stuck at home for a few months. I realized how much I missed art in general. It was then I began drawing again, then painting acrylics. Painting brought me, back to me. I cannot imagine my life without painting. Time stops, and I get into a zone.  Painting allows me to show everything I feel inside, and fills me with a sense of accomplishment. I was encouraged by friends and family to sell my art. So, I did here and there. One thing lead to another, and I began painting in oils. There is nothing like oil painting. Exciting brush stokes, palette knife, and exquisite hues add an element of "joie de vivre" to my expressive body of work. However, as much as I love oil painting, I also have another passion. I love illustration and watercolors. I do all types of illustration from nature to baby sonogram art. Sonogram illustration is one of my biggest sellers, and I love creating them! They give a momma to be joy, and those who have lost solace and remembrance. A lot of my work is custom work mothers, MOH, BM, brides, fashion bloggers, fans, friends and family. I love working with you to make something unique and special as a memory. The rest of my illustration work you will see is from me, what I feel and express...my dreams.
